On one end we find the association’s of other projects of Logix that is County and Greens getting the project completed by putting pressure on RERA officials and construction is on full swing whereas, on the other hand we find the buyers of Logix Zest completely shattered after 180 plus recent RERA verdicts and 90 plus NCDRC complainants.
Few senior members of association have taken the project to NCLT by spreading a misinformation about a case which was dismissed.
Today the flat buyers of Logix are moving from pillar to post and requesting RERA officials to take up the project again who are now having no powers because of NCLT proceedings and henceforth the project is stalled for an indefinite period.
As per information received from few flat buyers in 3 towers the work is 90 percent complete and only lift and firework is pending but these flat buyers don’t see any future.
Adding to their dismay if anyone guides the group towards a solution issued a show cause notice saying that he is favouring the builder. An association which took this decision without informing the flat buyers about the decision and not taking consent of all inspite of knowing the fact that projects under NCLT in NCR like Airwill intellicity, today’s ridge and Victory ace are stuck and no resolution even after 5 years. Through this news article the flat buyers of Logix Zest want to urge to RERA to take up the project again and get it completed the way it has worked in last 1 year to get other projects of the builder completed and to put NCLT proceedings on hold to safeguard the lifelong savings of the flat buyers.
